Omanโs Ministry of Culture, Sports and Youth is preparing to launch a National Program for Discovering and Developing the Abilities of Talented Athletes, creating a unified system to identify and nurture sporting talent across all governorates. The programme will connect schools, clubs, sports federations and committees, with talent identification centres, athlete development pathways and overseas scholarships for outstanding athletes. It is structured across three phases through 2035, supporting the development of Omani athletes capable of competing at regional and international levels.
