OTECH, the technology arm of Omantel, has announced a new collaboration with Kaspersky to provide locally hosted and managed cybersecurity solutions in Oman. Under the partnership, OTECH becomes an authorised Kaspersky Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) in the Sultanate.

The solutions will operate from OTECH’s data centre in Oman, with local support and security operations. The collaboration includes Kaspersky Next XDR Optimum and Kaspersky Next XDR Expert, giving organisations access to extended detection and response capabilities while keeping security data within a local environment.
