Oman is seeing a growing range of AI, data science and digital-skills opportunities this September, led by Samsung Innovation Campus 2026, which opened applications for a free 240-hour AI and machine-learning programme for eligible 18–29-year-olds in Oman, with applications open until September 30 and training scheduled from October 11 to December 19.

Alongside Samsung’s programme, Omanis can access government-backed Makeen Nanodegrees, university programmes in data science and AI, and professional courses covering machine learning, data analytics and AI security. Together, these pathways create multiple entry points—from short professional certifications to postgraduate degrees—for building the technical capabilities needed for Oman’s digital economy.
